Every Child Matters.

Peter Yassie Memorial School’s flag is at half-mast in the memory of 215 children of the Kamloops Residential School. We extend our deep condolences to the people of Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc and all the families and Community members who are mourning. May the children who lost their lives rest in eternal peace. Our prayers are with all the survivors who are still suffering from effects of Residential Schools system in Canada. May truth and reconciliation bring hope to all that suffer from this.
