Manitoba Keewatinowi Okimakanak (MKO) is coordinating and facilitating dialogue and community engagement on education reform for MKO First Nations. The objective of these sessions is to ensure the unique needs of the northern education systems are considered as a key part of overall First Nations education reform process. These needs will be discussed and documented through public meetings, through online and social media approaches, and through meetings with other education partners at the regional and national levels.
STUDENTS, PARENTS, ELDERS, EDUCATORS AND ALL COMMUNITY MEMBERS ARE INVITED TO ATTEND YOUR COMMUNITY DIALOGUE
PLEASE COME OUT TO REPRESENT YOUR COMMUNITY AND ENSURE THE UNIQUE NEEDS OF THE NORTHERN FIRST NATIONS STUDENTS
AND SCHOOLS ARE IDENTIFIED AND ADDRESSED IN ANY REGIONAL OR NATIONAL EDUCATION REFORM PROCESS.
